Bubbly Vibes [Pallet Painting] Party!

Bubbly Vibes [Pallet Painting] Party!

My friends and I, are always looking for an excuse to all get together. It usually revolves around food ;) A month or so ago, I was connected with two awesome [sisters] women // Kristina & Alyssa.  They were telling me about their businesses and background, when I knew their pallet painting parties [Bubbly Vibes], were right up my ally!

Everyone is a sucker for the reclaimed wood look thanks to Fixer Upper. We set up a date and after that there wasn’t much prep work for me [host]. I offered up the idea of doing a brunch theme and they were game for it. They even suggested offering a new pallet set up where you get hooks to hang coffee mugs on your board! All my guests were able to choose from vertical, horizontal, or the hooks board. I sat on Pinterest like no other trying to figure out what I wanted to do for my board…. I had way too many ideas! [That just meant my friends now need to host their own parties so I can keep painting more ;)]

This was Bubbly Vibes first brunch party, as they have typically done more of a GNO style party. Want to know the best part? Your fee includes your board, hanging kit, all the paint/ paint pens, paint supplies, a ton of stencils, AND wine and snacks. As the host, you essentially don’t need to do anything but invite your friends. Bubbly Vibes does have their own space you can use for a party; however, most people opt to use their home for space. We used our neighborhoods clubhouse so we weren’t bombarded by my kiddos [although that still happened at the end of the party] ;)

Kristina and Alyssa came early to set it all up and once the guests arrived, everyone was able to grab food/drink and start picking out their designs. They were so helpful on guiding people to what stencils would work best for the design they envisioned. After you get your stencils all laid out, you start tracing away! I won’t lie, the painting part stressed me out, but after the first letter or so you get more comfortable [or maybe that was the mimosa kicking in…]. One other fun option is you can color wash your board before you do your design. A few people ended up white washing theirs and it turned out awesome.

After the boards dried up, which only took 10 minutes, Kristina and Alyssa basically cleaned everything up! I am so excited that my mom is going to host one at her place, I already have ideas for my next board.

I highly, highly suggest getting your friends or family together to have a Bubbly Vibes pallet painting party. They have had themed parties, bachelorette parties, bridal showers, you name it!  As a host, you get your board for free too ;) Feel free to contact them at thebubblyvibes@gmail.com , and they will help you with everything you need to get your party going.

Thank you again Bubbly Vibes [Check out their other businesses too! here & here] , I’ll be seeing you soon!
